The Seido "Spark" MTB Headset Expander - 23.6mm is the expander from Seido for steerers with a 23.6 mm inner diameter: it reinforces the steerer in the stem clamping area and takes the top cap bolt that preloads the headset bearings. Unlike most expanders it has a channel for a dynamo cable, which exits through the hole in the top cap. The cap doubles as a 5 mm spacer, aluminium, 41 g.
