With the OneUp Components "EDC V2 Threadless Carrier" Top Cap with Tool Holder you carry the EDC V2 Tool inside the steerer without threading it. The aluminium carrier replaces the star nut and preloads the headset with a bolt from the fork crown. Installation takes about 15 minutes.
Four installation bolts of different length are included; the right one follows from the distance between fork crown and top of stem or spacers.
