The Surly "Front Rack" Mounting Plates - Lower Offset are the lower offset sliding plates of the Surly Front Rack. According to Surly's installation instructions they bolt to the bottom of the rack and attach to the fork end eyelet with one bolt; they set the rack height before everything is tightened. Spare or retrofit part for the Surly Front Rack, the rack itself is not included.
