The Surly "Front Rack" Mounting Plates - Upper Offset are the upper offset sliding plates of the Surly Front Rack. According to Surly's installation instructions they are used on forks with a lugged crown: they bolt to the rack and attach to the mid-blade eyelet with one bolt. The slots let you set the rack height and level it. Spare or retrofit part for the Surly Front Rack, the rack itself is not included.
