The VEE Tire Co. "Speed Booster" BMX Race Tire (foldable) - 12 Inch brings the Speed Booster race tire to 12 inch, made for balance bikes with 12" wheels. So the youngest riders get the tread of the big race bikes too: a smooth, finely textured centre band for low rolling resistance and flat, textured side knobs for hold in the berms.
Vee Tire Co. developed the LSG+ compound exclusively for the Speed Booster: it is light and, with a hardness of 66, on the hard side, rolls very easily on hard packed tracks and still keeps its grip. The tire is foldable, has a 90 TPI casing and, according to US Pro, weighs only about 160g. Recommended pressure is 35 to 65 psi.
