Wolf Tooth "Drop-Stop" MTB Chainring - Shimano Direct Mount is a 1x chainring with Wolf Tooth's patented Drop-Stop tooth profile: wide and narrow teeth alternate, the wide teeth guide the wide chain links and keep the chain on the ring without a chain guide, the narrow ones let mud and dirt pass. The ring is machined in Minnesota from 7075-T6 aluminium. The Shimano direct mount version fits the 12 speed cranks XTR M9100, XT M8100, SLX M7100 and Deore M6100 and carries the Drop-Stop ST profile made for the Shimano Hyperglide+ chain.
