The CEMA "Interlock" Bottom Bracket O-Ring Set - 46 mm replaces the O-rings of CEMA Interlock bottom brackets with a 46 mm bearing diameter. The double O-ring design keeps water out of the frame and sits as a buffer between frame and bottom bracket; once the rings are hard or torn the bottom bracket gets noisy and water gets through.
