The Shimano "SM-SH51" Pedal Cleats are the replacement cleats for all Shimano SPD clipless pedals. They release with a lateral twist (single release) and hardly when pulling up, 4° of float takes stress off the joints. They fit shoes with a 2 bolt mount and come with cleat nuts. Shimano recommends replacing the cleats at least once a year for frequent riders.
