The Excess "EFW-S" BMX Race Freewheel is a thread on freewheel for BMX race hubs with a freewheel thread. Three pawls engage in 36 points, so the drive picks up quickly and reliably when you push off. The body is chromoly and runs on sealed bearings, US Pro states 156g with 16 teeth.
It runs with 1/8" and with 3/32" chains. With 14 and 15 teeth it has a 30mm thread, with 16 to 18 teeth the large 1.375" thread (34.92mm), so check which thread your hub has.
