The Surly "Preamble" Frame + Fork Set - 27.5/28 Inch (650B/700C) is Surly's steel bike for every day, pavement and gravel with everything that matters and nothing more. Quick and comfortable on the road, confident on degraded surfaces, with mounts for racks, fenders and two bottle cages.
Build it with flat or drop bars, a basket or bags. To fit every size well, XS and S run 650B, M to XL run 700C, the small frames get a sloping top tube for more standover.
