The Hope MTB Headset Lower - ZS55/40 is the semi-integrated lower of the Hope headset for 1.5 inch head tubes (bottom), to be combined with 1.5 inch, tapered 1-1/8 to 1.5 inch and tapered 1-1/4 to 1.5 inch steerers. The cup is machined from 2014-T6 aluminium and anodised. The stainless steel angular contact bearing is corrosion resistant and replaceable, an integrated rubber seal keeps dirt out, the crown race is split for easier installation. Hope sells the matching upper separately.
