The OneUp Components "EDC Top Cap" Top Cap threads into the steerer, preloads the headset and replaces the star nut. That frees the steerer for the EDC V2 Tool or EDC Tool you carry inside it. Cut the thread first with the EDC Tap kit; the preload is set with the top cap tool on the EDC multi tool.
The set also includes the steerer plug that keeps dirt out from below and six spacers.
