According to JRC the JRC Components "Superlight" MTB Headset Expander Plug - 1-1/8 Inch is one of the lightest expanders on the market: CNC machined from 6061 aluminium and anodised, 13 g. It is the anchor in the 1 1/8 inch steerer that the headset preload is set against, and fits steerers with an inner diameter of 21 to 25.2 mm. It comes with a fitted O-ring and two spare O-rings, in six anodised colours to match the other JRC parts.
