Headset from Stronglight for frames with a tapered head tube and forks with a 1 1/8 to 1.5 inch steerer. On the Stronglight "O'Light Oversize" MTB Headset - ZS44/28.6 | EC49/40 the top cup sits semi-integrated in the head tube and the lower cup on the outside, top and bottom each run a sealed cartridge bearing.
The cups are machined from aluminium 7075. Stronglight has been building headsets in Saint-Etienne for more than a hundred years.
