The Cane Creek "Helm MKII Coil" MTB Fork - 29 Inch is Cane Creek's versatile mountain bike fork for downcountry, trail and enduro. Updated MKII damper and seals make it very plush, independent high- and low-speed compression add support for big hits without losing sensitivity, and every click is a meaningful change. The chassis with 35 mm stanchions is stiff enough for aggressive riding. The coil spring gives the best sensitivity and a ground-hugging feel, a 55 lb spring is fitted from factory. Travel changes at home in 10 mm steps with no additional parts.
