According to Cane Creek the Cane Creek "Tigon" MTB Rear Shock is the world's only air-charged coil shock and combines coil sensitivity with progressive air support. Remove air for a plush, ground-hugging feel or add air for big-hit support without harsh bottom outs, so one bike gets two setups. It is made for trail and enduro bikes with 130 to 160 mm rear travel and is significantly stronger than a standard coil shock, which suits bikes that drive the shock with a clevis (yoke). The Cane Creek "Tigon" MTB Rear Shock works with linear Cane Creek VALT springs only, the spring is chosen separately.
