The Hope Disc Brake Pads - E4, Mono M4, RX4-SH, RX4+ are the original Hope pads for E4, Mono M4, RX4-SH, RX4+ (replaces HBSP141), made in Barnoldswick. You pick the compound as an option: organic bites earlier when cold and runs quieter, sintered copes better with heat and wet and lasts longer. The backplate is steel, the pad has no cooling fins.
