The Shimano "SLX M7120" BMX Race Disc Brake - Post Mount combines the aluminum BL-M7100 lever with the four piston BR-M7120 caliper. According to US Pro the lever is 10% stiffer than the M7000, reach adjusts without tools, Servo Wave gives fast, linear engagement. The aluminum caliper has four ceramic pistons with short pad travel and, according to US Pro, 10% more braking power than the M7000; the pads have cooling fins (Ice Technologies).
It mounts via post mount, the lever clamps to 22.2mm bars and has an I-Spec EV mount. The brake is set up for the rear wheel: the 1700mm SM-BH90-SBM hose is fitted to the caliper via banjo, the lever is connected by you as a J-Kit, so you can cut the hose to length and route it internally. Only use Shimano mineral oil. Rotor and adapter are not included.
