The Insight "MX4" BMX Race Crankset is a light 2-piece crank for young racers who want to move up to a 24mm spindle and a 4-bolt spider but still need short crank arms. The arms are forged from 6061-T6 aluminium, and the 24mm spindle made from 7075-T6 aluminium is pressed into the drive side arm.
The non-drive arm is held on the spindle with two pinch bolts. The spider takes a chainring with 104mm BCD and 4 bolts. A bottom bracket is not included; the crank fits 24mm bottom brackets, Press Fit or Euro BSA. Insight states a maximum rider weight of 65kg.
