Weight
The heaviness of a BMX part, measured by weighing. It's worth noting that weight specifications for BMX parts can vary and may not always be precise. Several factors contribute to this:Manufacturer's weight specifications may be inaccurate or incomplete. The weight of two identical parts can also differ. We cannot weigh every individual part. For example, if there are handlebars in different heights, the manufacturer usually provides just one weight specification for all heights. When weighing two identical tires, you might get two different results.Source: BMX Glossary

The e*thirteen "Sylvan Race Alloy All Mountain" MTB Rim - 29" is e*thirteen's first-ever asymmetric rim: it gives the bike a light and dynamic feel and still has your back when the trail gets rowdy – the match for aggressive trail bikes or all-mountain machines catering to both daily trail rides and the occasional adrenaline-fuelled descent. The asymmetric 30 mm inside-width profile with a low rim height increases compliance, absorbs impacts, reduces fatigue and improves traction; the asymmetry results in near-equal spoke tension between the drive and non-drive sides, for a stronger wheel and more consistent ride characteristics. The valve dock interface ensures a good seal point for tubeless valves. Tubeless compatible with a hookless bead, best for tyres from 2.3 to 2.6" according to the manufacturer. Previous generation to the Flux rims, no longer listed by e*thirteen.
