The Microshift "M26" MTB Rear Derailleur is a 7/8-speed derailleur for Shimano MTB drivetrains as fitted to kids bikes and affordable mountain bikes. It replaces a bent or worn derailleur with a standard hanger and takes 45 teeth of capacity with the long cage, so 3x cranks too, with cassettes from 11 to 36 teeth. The short cage takes 39 teeth of capacity. Steel cage, composite parallelogram, no clutch.
