The Microshift "XLE" MTB Rear Derailleur is an 11-speed clutch derailleur for Shimano MTB drivetrains: it replaces a broken Shimano 11-speed derailleur or completes a new build with a Shimano shifter and an 11-speed cassette up to 46 teeth. The ratchet clutch keeps the chain quiet on the trail, the cable is routed directly, cage and parallelogram are metal. The medium cage takes 41 teeth of capacity, meant for 1x11 with a wide range cassette.
